      Managers with no power! - Technical Consultant AVEVA Employee Review

      Pros

      strong software and one of the 5 top in the market.

      Cons

      Not employee focused as before. Line manager has no power or even nothing, he just blindly follows what Top management says. Surveys are not counting. Now they are forcing employees to return to office 3 days a week with no real reason. Most of benefits are removing, no pay rises!

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.
