      With the emphasis on revenue growth, employee empowerment and accountability, I feel we are on the right track to making this company one of the best, not just in AV/UC field but in all industries.

      Cons

      Office work very independently andsoe time in completion. Some functions will best work in a more centralized method.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
