      Work from home, able to take hours needed for appointments.

      Cons

      Employee reviews are inconsistent and not always followed through on. Cheaper PPO plan was cut, leaving only more expensive PPO health plan for those that do not want an HSA plan.

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
