Training. Noticeable positive change in HR since Mr. Tone joined. Noticeable positive change in the company since change in ownership. I appreciate our IT department - they are always helpful. Vendor relationships are very good and help sales to win more projects. Flexible working environment.
Cons
No career growth at branch offices. Salary increases are poor at best assuming there is a salary increase at all. Bonus plans usually pay out nothing or so little it's an insult. Healthcare is costly (although I appreciate the price decrease this year). Employee turn over too high. Vacation policy of use it or lose it is a negative to employees. Seems company is management top heavy. Positively Positive winner is usually from HQ or other large office, anyone from a smaller office has no chance of winning. I may be wrong on that one, but that is the assumption of most people. Stress can be exceedingly high, especially for Project Managers. Recently we do not seem to promote from within.
