      Larger vendor focus, better pricing on some product lines, more staff

      Cons

      lack of communication on internal changes: ( staff changes not on a leadership level, company equipment changes, account management changes, staff contact information, time to adjust to changes............)

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
