Pros
- very welcoming culture - CEO is engaged and asks "how can I help you excel?" - amazing exposure to hospital executives throughout the country - fast paced, exciting work - benefits are the best i have had in some time
Cons
- onboarding is still a work in progress (but it is a known pain point and being worked) - you come in green or experienced (few in that middle stage of a career)
