Small Aerospace Company - Computer Engineer I AVID LLC Employee Review

I interned here for two summers, and I learned more at AVID than I learned for any period at college. The people are great, its a serious but collaborative environment, and the projects were challenging, especially from the point of view of an intern. The work and technology I was able to work on was relevant and new, especially the second summer around. Definitely a team atmosphere.

The pay was a bit low the first time around, got a little better the second summer.

Clean work environment. Provides Decent products and services

Racism throughout the company, primarily the owner. No opportunities for growth and lower wages for minorities. I would rate zero stars if I could.
