Interview - Technical - Enginner AVK Employee Review

The Technical team is incompetent, and non-professional, and I guess they were hired based on connections without having the proper qualifications and experience. They don't know the basic way of meeting and commuting with people. they have a negative attitude, coming late to meetings without apology. The European Operations Director is not reliable enough to represent and be the face of this company. Definitelythey will lose high calibres and experts due to his behaviour.
