Pros
Coworkers and peers are good to work with. Product is interesting and has a lot of room for improvement. Compensation is fair and work-life balance is acceptable.
Cons
Extremely high turnover rate due to poorly managed business. Upper management has little to no care or trust for employees and it shows. Absolutely no recognition is given to high performers. Growth opportunities are non-existent. When people leave, willingly or through force, they are not replaced and everyone else is expected to pick up the slack with no additional compensation or appreciation. All decisions for product design and development are given to upper management as opposed to engineers. Time is the only factor considered for decision making, regardless of the likelihood of success.
