Gradual integration into ESKO has weakened the DNA of AVT - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) AVT Employee Review

This used to be a proud independent company, a market leader in its field, until acquired by Danaher. In a very gradual process, over a long period of time, Danaher integrated AVT into the parent company, and made many changes. Too many changes in my opinion, thus sacrificing the company identity. The culture and DNA today are far from what they were in the original AVT. Still a good company to work for, but not what it was in the past
