Cons
• Vacation days are only applicable AFTER a year of working with the company. I should have realized this was a red flag already. • No secretary. All office management has to be dealt with individually such as answering phone, throwing out trash, delivering shipments, etc. • No human resources department. • No overtime but instead will replace weekdays. Overtime is paid with 1.5x the original pay. Replacing your weekdays with the overtime hours does not equal that and they are taking advantage of it! • Horrible management of all departments – no one even knows what their titles are. • No yearly review and had no ability to negotiate with the raise. Compensation reflected poorly with my entitled responsibilities. • No room to grow. Most employees have been working in the same positions for more than three years. • Belittled by many and does not feel respected AT ALL.
