Weak leadership with a lack of vision

Management is amazing. Everyone seems really invested in the success of the company. They have a goal to the market leader in 20 years and they seem set on achieving it. They pay is generally good. I wish there were more financial incentives for good performances.

Not particularly great work/life balance. Because everyone is so driven to achieve bigger things it becomes the norm to stick around 12-14 hours. For those of us that have families this can be hard to maintain and we look foolish if we do not work as long.
