Wow, where to start. Perhaps the grand re org, simply a cut in staff numbers, unfortunately completely messed up by the company. Seven months and people still have no clarity. Next? The insane amount of stress piled onto the engineering teams, gifted with decades of underinvestment and under resourced yet expected to perform miracles. We all like a challenge but this is too much when coupled with unrealistic expectations. Benefits? Forget it there aren’t any worth mentioning anymore, all eroded. Promotions? Yes but based on who you know not what you now. Appraisals? Slog your guts out doing all manner of voluntary roles and get nothing. Avoid avoid avoid!
