      Good salary compared to other services providers in Morocco but still underpaid for excellent workers

      Cons

      Toxic management Work tools not on point They go for big change without implementing the work ethic Spent too much money on team building than actually listening to workers problems

      Pros

      Great exereicen with experimented professionals who knew how to lead the way and teach me how their daily operations were conducted.

      Cons

      I wish they would have given me more responsibilites but given the duration of my contract, time was too constraining.
