This is a small up and coming innovative company moving in the right direction. Because it is relatively small you must be a self-starter and self-motivator. Furthermore, the ability for personal growth is unlimited if you are an individual who thinks outside the box and reaches for the stars. The pay and benefits meet or exceed most companies in the area. I am proud to be a part of this winning team and will walk side by side to the top of the industry with any member of management, the CEO, stakeholders and the owner. The opportunities are endless!
Cons
The biggest challenge is that because we have limited personal in each department we must all exceed company expectations on a daily basis. If one person does not pull their weight it is extremely obvious. Although, this is not an entirely a negative position. The stronger we are today the better we will be able to fullfill our growing customers needs tomorrow.
