      Good salary Good benefits Great size firm where it’s not to small so you can make a difference but also quite international with a number of offices

      Cons

      Do not embrace diversity particularly from an ethnicity standpoint Not willing to see minorities progress Surrounded by a ridiculous amount of office politics Legacy employees etc
