Pros
My co-workers were absolutely great. They were the best when the hours dragged on. I was usually paid on time and the right amount. I heard places have major mistakes in that department.
Cons
I would get angry there when I saw micromanaging, ineffective communication, nepotism, and behind the times management. I kindda thought this stuff would change and think it kindda appeared to. Not too enough for me to stay though. Happy where I am at now.
