Pros were only the team I was in - lots of fun there - and wfh two days a week. As well as the 50% discount.

No career opportunities, no growth, no leadership. Run by directors who don't know what they are doing and do not care for the culture of the people who work for them. I went in as the German Athlete Exec, thinking there had been some research into the German market of activewear before my start date... absolutely nothing! My managers shafted my work and told me it wasn't my job to do said research (then wondered why I couldn't do my job properly). No guidance, no support - which was odd seeing as though I was hired to "do" the "German side" of things, plus I had the experience. The directors were snidey and talked behind your back. I left after 3 painful months. The stress and anxiety was high. There was no support from HR, the team, nor my manager. Also, no diversity nor inclusion was present in the company. And no support for personal issues either. Salary was rubbish, and seemed like no growth opportunities available. Think again before applying to this company.
