- Software building is placed center of the town. - Working environment is good.
Cons
- Human resources are not good anymore. - Managers are awful. They never care about their employees and never ask their opinion. - Company lost their all great senior engineers in one year (probably more than 30 engineers), and it caused the loss of company culture. - Because of losting all good engineers juniors can not get enough help anymore. - Salaries are a little bit lower than other defense companies. - Probably you will never get promote. Getting a promotion is not about your work. It is about time. Hardworker or lazy people are same for company. - Technical recruitment process is very funny. Someone who is not developing code anymore may ask some easy questions and you can pass.
