Pros

Good environment. No gaps between all level. Always encourage continuous learning within company. Salary pay on time.

Cons

1. No laptop provided. Using own laptop but provide allowance. 2. No proper office - currently at co-working space with only using three rooms shared with all employees 3. Not much flexibility - MUST come office 4 days with attendance is recorded by HR every day 4. No benefit / no increment or bonus - only medical (no insurance panel) and dental. only super high achievers will get incentive/increment. not consistent every year for every staff. 5. Company did not really organize outdoor team building activity, no engagement programs, no annual dinner etc. They only do celebrate birthday for staff every month. 6. Boring townhall 7. Training/personal development - all done by internal staff. not using external trainers or programs. 8. Worst management - keep changing direction, not really know what they are doing 9. No proper SOPs 10. Worst system used for daily tasks developed by the company. 11. No work life balance - manager will message during holiday and sick leave 12. Not so diverse

Pros

Managers are good and supportive. You are giving the chance to explore and learn. Colleagues are fun and supportive too.

Cons

Do not expect much on performance bonus and benefits as it could be nothing. Keep changing direction from tip top because of trial and error before the result shows which ended up the whole team being confused and the previous effort could be wasted. Monthly townhall which did not bring any specialities and very boring as the same thing is being repeated.

Pros

If you're looking for career advancing, it's plenty of opportunity to learn in AYP Group. Flat organisation setup and you can reach out for help from manager anytime, super fun and young culture.

Cons

Must be able to pivot yourself well enough. There're always new challenges, initiatives rolled out. If you enjoy it then it's a plus.
