There has also never been one instance of labor violations or HR grievances filed in the company’s entire 22 year history. This can be verified by any investigation or inquiry as this information is open to the public. The firm thrives on its ability to retain its employees, as employee retention is one of its core business values. The typical tenures of AZAD employees are over several years, and some over a decade. The firm has built a reputation over two decades for its integrity, employee partnerships, and serving the community at large.
