Pros
Easy accounts or newbie-friendly accounts.
Cons
- They only offer a ₱15,000 basic salary, regardless of the account, LOB, or position. Team Leaders, Trainers, QAs, and even Sales personnel in the pantry receive the same salary (or sometimes even less) than agents. - No PTO and no sick leave. No work no pay in short. The only leave available is 5 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL), which can only be used after one year of employment. - They do not provide HMO coverage. Instead, they offer Scott’s Care, a company-owned clinic that is of little to no use. - There is no pay raise or annual increase. If you want a salary increase, you must get promoted which comes with additional responsibilities. Even when promoted to TL or QA, the ₱15,000 basic pay remains the same. They only add around ₱2,000 in performance-based incentives, which can easily be removed if performance metrics are not met. - No real career growth. While promotions are offered, they do not equate to actual development. There are no leadership trainings or workshops to prepare employees for higher roles. You are promoted and expected to perform as a TL or QA immediately, often starting the very next day. - Poor compensation and benefits. There are essentially no benefits. Some accounts offer ₱3,000–₱5,000 performance incentives, but the metrics are extremely difficult—if not impossible to achieve. - The office atmosphere is dry and lifeless. Also, it is hot. - Majority in management is problematic and does not care for the employees’ welfare. Managers and sometimes the executives will pressure and bully you to do extra work despite the low pay, no HMO, and no mineral water. - Some managers only know how to blame their staff or blame every other person. - There are also no team building events and company events to motivate employees, all they do is give false promises of salary increases and promotions. You barely gain good experiences with the company, instead you gain trauma. Conclusion: I do not recommend this company to agents with call center experience, as applying here would be a downgrade in almost every aspect. For those without call center experience, it is still better to apply to other BPO companies if possible. Only consider this company if you have no other options. Azpired is a typical pinoy company that expects maximum performance from its employees while offering only bare-minimum compensation and benefits.
