They are not very empathetic to the real life scenarios of their employees. I was homeless and really struggled to meet the demands of the company. I would request a day of for personal care ( you can't assist others while you and your clothing are dirty) and I understand that they needed staff but more consistent time off would have been so helpful. Working over 12 days in a row took its toll.
