      good starting pay, Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      every 4 weeks shift change is really exhausting. not a great place for career growth for engineering graduates, but for diploma holders i think this is one of the best option. i had to pay INR 75,000 as bond amount to get my certificates back when i resigned.

      No industry standards, The pay scale is not as per the industry. Employees are treated like college students.

      After certain years we'll have good growth in this industry

      It's hard to stay for first 3 years, cuz, for very less salary more work they will get
