Going thru expected growing pains from a medium to a big company!

- goals are changing constantly and on review you can find out you had to work on something that was never communicated to you before - they talked so much about "Abarca's" value and expect you just work for them, not for a paycheck - VP level management (it's a small company) have no their own opinion - they all "yes, man" and their noses are brown - They have flexible "unlimited" PTO, but in reality it's very limited and hard to get - The management is getting angry if you say something that is not in line with their vision; basically, you do not expect to bring ideas/suggestions. - The benefits are really bad - bad insurance, bad 401k, bad dental...
