Ethically questionable and non-transparent decisions have been made during recent rounds of redundancies. Despite promoting inclusivity, the company culture can often feel impersonal and, at times, even rather unkind due to the behaviour of certain individuals. A recurring issue is the combination of overly high expectations and unrealistic workloads, which take a toll on employees’ mental health and contribute to high staff turnover.
