      Amazing clients to work with and to help.

      Cons

      Terrible management provides no support for everyday staff. Bad communication, very reactive, no proactivity. Management just gives orders with no explanations that make any sense. The regional director is just plain rude to employees.

      Pros

      Clients. The Branch Manager, was amazing with finding opportunities for events or outings for those supported. Sports Games, Zoo lights. Holiday Parties that were emersive and inclusive.

      Cons

      Barriers with clients behaviors, clients intimidating and assaulting staff intentionally.
