Pros

The job and my colleagues I work with are great.

Cons

Leadership and management do not care about you. They care about numbers, revenue, and profit. They hire people like crazy because they're "expanding and growing fast" but great people are leaving just as fast. They are unprofessional and late to every single one of their meetings, they will chew each other AND you out in front of each other and your colleagues, they will throw whoever they need to under the bus to cover their own butts, and they throw childish tantrums when things don't go their way and will take it out on you and your team. They also change things every single week so if you enjoy the feelings of confusion and constant whiplash, this is the place for you. Don't work here if you care about your well-being.

Supportive team, team approaches, amazing benefits, great bonus opportunities, leadership values the work you do, plenty of PTO and you are provided the resources and materials necessary to do your job

Cons

I end up working a lot more than our contracted hours but it’s to reach personal and team goals

Pros

Great benefits, ample time off for holidays, hybrid work environment, great break room with lots of snack, clean & professional office.

Cons

All employees begin on a 90 day contract with a third party recruiter. Higher ups & management don’t tend to pay much attention to you making you feel less than full onboarded employees. They will leave you out of company wide meetings, won’t tell you when there are fun events in the office (aka - everyone shows up in costumes for a Halloween party but you don’t). Their operations team lacks structure, and they are constantly changing things telling you “thanks for your flexibility.” There was never any consistency in the position and employees always felt on edge wondering what changes were coming next. Upper management has these big ideas and will make you figure it out without understanding the repercussions of those actually doing the work.
