As you mentioned, we are indeed growing rapidly, which means we're working hard to constantly scale and iterate—the same is true for our internal systems and processes. We recognize that this does not come without frustrations and challenges.
We’re actively working on upleveling our manager enablement and Learning & Development programs to better support internal growth for our employees. This year, we've also made it a priority to establish clear career ladders across all teams at Abnormal in order to create more advancement opportunities for current employees.
