- Company growth is insane. Cannot take this for granted. - People are very smart and self-driven. Very blessed to be working among them. - Leaders have their mind straight on what initiatives will actually move the needle. - The vision and adoption of AI is going to make Abnormal a world-class company. I have absolutely no doubt about it.
Cons
- Insanely wild amount of tech debt that is bogging us down. - Difficult to get bandwidth to do a little extra anything to delight the customer because addressing a bigger business gap is objectively more important. - Leaders are stretched very thin. Not enough face time to talk to them at length. - Execution is often not smooth because of significant dependencies on other teams, and the tech debt. Oh, the tech debt.
