If you are considering an internship with this company, I would strongly advise against it. You can find significantly better opportunities to start your career. ​Firstly, there are far too many interns, and management doesn't distribute the workload effectively between them and the full-time developers. If you can't demonstrate prior experience (mostly with CSS), you will likely spend your days on your phone, aside from occasional data entry or making Excel lists for their call center. ​Secondly, the company works exclusively with WordPress. This means there is very little opportunity for real coding practice. Worse, they primarily use pre-made themes, so your actual job will be limited to changing colors, text, and pictures. ​On the off chance you do prove your skills, you will be assigned a blank WordPress page with the expectation that you will design it from scratch. The line between a developer and a designer is extremely blurry in general. ​Finally, interns are a regular source of gossip among employees, including some in managerial positions, which creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. ​If you truly want to kickstart your software engineering career, look elsewhere.
