Cons
The company is entirely white. They have no diversity. On the production side - Law and Crime Network - are there a few people of color. There are hardly any brown people at Mediaite. Actually, there are zero. It's an abhorrently white and toxic culture. This is meant to be a fully operational production company in New York City - an all-white policy is, therefore, intolerable. They claim to work in journalism but they're doing the exact opposite. Their websites are embarrassing. They also underpay you compared to the industry rate. Avoid all contact with this company. Meanwhile, the executives are earning more than six-figure salaries with multiple bonuses.
