5yThis is a review posted by a candidate who we hired in January 2020. As a part of the hiring process we ran a background check on the candidate and found out that he was absconding from his previous company and was also in possession of stolen company equipment. The previous company had filed a case on the candidate. On basis of the background check and various other instances of non-conformance observed by us during the short 27 day tenure of this candidate his employment was terminated with immediate effect. Initially the candidate pleaded and requested for reconsideration mentioning that he was a student and the sole earning member in the family. However, we have zero tolerance for candidates who seek employment opportunities by misrepresenting information and stealing company property. The moment this candidate was told that there will be no reconsideration he resorted to unprofessional behaviour and has now taken to Glassdoor where he knows he can write anything on the company.
Absolute People Screen responds to all reviews. There have been numerous employees who has done very well with us and unfortunately there have been some who just like this candidate resort to taking their frustrations out on Glassdoor.
