Cons
First and foremost, if you are applying for a spa therapist position, (which I strongly recommend you don't do) don't expect any hands-on training. There isn't any. If you are fresh out of school, you will be expected to have the knowledge of someone that has been in the industry for years. The moment you make a mistake, they will replace you without hesitation. Second, don't think for one moment that this company has any form of management. Their idea of management is to completely disregard any issue that gets brought to their attention. I once arranged a meeting with management to discuss some concerns that were causing me a great deal of stress. I was promised change. A week later they fired me. After 3 devoted years of working here, they threw me out like garbage. I pray that nobody else goes through the same experience I had.
