      Pros

      I started out at $12 an hour. And now I’m the COO. Work hard, bring your best and there is more room for advancement than any other company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Sales for the type of products we sell are not consistent. So there are hard crunch times and really slow times.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, fun and challenging tasks, great for learning new skills or expanding on existing knowledge

      Cons

      Pay is not equal to physical effort required for job. Warehouse conditions uncomfortable. Expected to produce more than is possible during shift. Very little opportunity for growth in company.
