Never have I experienced such a lack of support in a student services role. Management is non-existent and does not care about the wellbeing of the staff. Staff are over-worked, and are not given the resources or support they need to make the changes that upper management is asking. Concerns are not heard or listened to. Benefits are essentially non-existent and you are not properly informed about them to begin with. After dealing with crisis' management does very little to check in. Very little opportunity for professional development, which is incredibly disappointing as student services in a growing area.
