Pros
1. Salary as a part-time employee is pretty much okay and justifiable 2. You can close or cancel your class provided you inform your Direct Supervisor 24 hours before
Cons
1. You have to know your schedule 1 week ahead 2. I'm under the old payment system in which booked or unbooked class are paid, However, your DS can lock your schedule even after the unbooked classes are finish. Sometimes after a week, which will result to a deduction on your salary. I think this is unfair for the tutor because they already spent time, energy, and effort to refresh the system from time to time and waited for bookings or classes.
