Favoritism - Recruiter Acara Solutions Employee Review

Upper management were open to promote those who were "friends" and not for the skills of individuals. The bonus structure was unfair and some management had no idea how to run a team. Poor pay and unclean office. Individuals were sick often in the office and some were even admitted to the hospital due to the poor conditions of office. The only way you can move up in the company is if you are cozy with a person. No work/life balance at all. Not a great company.
