Pros
Nothing, HR is a joke, they will make fun of you if you complain about being mistreated by your boss and will do anything to cover up the illegal behavior of the workers in this company.
Cons
Absolutely everything, they will make you work 24/7 and never pay extra hours, the bosses will try to intimidate you. HR could even disappear and no one would notice because they are useless. They sell projects that are impossible to achieve and every day someone is fired or resign and they pretend that the 2 employees that are left accomplish the work of 15 people.
