I've been honored to work with Jackie Hermes and the team of wonderful individuals employed by Accelity for the last 1.5 years as a freelance strategic advisor. My role is unique in that I get to work with many individuals on the Accelity team and with each person, I've encountered a true spirit of teamwork, strong communication and fresh perspective. Jackie leads this agency with zest and transparency, and has cultivated a team that's not only devoted to her, but is empowered by her to generate exceptional client results. I highly recommend Accelity to both clients and new hires alike!

Accelity is an incredible place to work for so many reasons. - Our team is the best!!! Everyone here is supportive and kind, and we all share in each other's achievements and support through challenges. You'll find everything from shoutouts to kid/pet photos to jokes in our Slack channels - I can tell my manager really cares about me and supports me through anything - Every single person here has a huge impact on the success of the business and our clients. I feel like my work is meaningful and can see how my work contributes to Accelity and client results - Continuous improvement is a focus, personally and as a team. The company invests in important sessions for the team like effective communication and managing mental health - There is enormous opportunity for growth. The company is fast-growing and fast-moving, with many opportunities to learn/try new skills and take on new challenges. - The flexible work schedule is wonderful. Whether you are sick, need to take care of your kid, or want to fit in a workout, our days are flexible to work around life as needed. - We are encouraged to set boundaries and own our own schedules. No one is expected to respond to emails or messages on nights or weekends.

Though I thrive in the fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic environment, it is definitely not for everyone. We're a fast growing startup and an agency focused on client success/results, so there is often a lot to juggle. While the hours are very reasonable, this also isn't a 9-5 punch in, punch out kind of job.
