If you get to work with the right people, it's great. Benefits (insurance, discounts, etc) are really good.
Office looks professional.
Cons
They prefer little to no experience but do not offer training program, and the person who ends up training you is whoever has the extra time at the moment. Company policies are never consistent. Employees are under valued. Supervisor is terrible at coaching. Low morale.
Supervisor does not handle disagreements well.
