      -Pay was great -Opportunity to create your own team -Ability to learn new skills -Product provided is needed

      -Absolutely no work life balance -Rarely given any upper management support, and if you were, it wasn’t ever helpful -Always felt as if the shoe was about to drop -Poor execution on new technologies

      Good pay and semi annual raises 2 days off with full time work (sales manager=48-52 hours weekly) Teaches you so many skills that you can carry to other jobs (marketing, collections, lease agreements, sales, financing, typing skills, customer service, organization through files and paperwork) Full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, STD/LTD

      Work weekends and all holidays They removed monthly bonuses from pay Company moved to a model of work using technology and laid off all store employees They removed the sales incentive/top performers incentive for yearly trip for sales manangers
