okay - Support Worker Access Community Health Centers Employee Review

I enjoy working at Access, because the culture simultaneously prioritizes patient care, but also tries very hard to prioritize the needs of it employees.

I think sometimes growth/internal within the organization is slower than expected

Higher-ups are constantly changing processes without communication with staff directly which it affects. No paid maternity leave. Micromanaged.
