      I enjoy working at Access, because the culture simultaneously prioritizes patient care, but also tries very hard to prioritize the needs of it employees.

      I think sometimes growth/internal within the organization is slower than expected

      Loved working here. Wonderful coworkers and providers that really care about the patients.

      Cons

      As a community health center, they pay is a bit lower than you may be able to find elsewhere. Even so, I loved my time here

      Cons

      Higher-ups are constantly changing processes without communication with staff directly which it affects. No paid maternity leave. Micromanaged.
