I am genuinely sorry that you feel that we have lied to employees or customers. I have never - and will never - support or promote anything of the sort and would act swiftly to address any actions along those lines. We value our Team Members and understand that we are only as good as our team.
Regarding your comment about raises - we are working very hard to become an employer of choice and that includes improvements to our total compensation and benefits package. Last year, we researched market compensation rates to ensure we are paying competitively and to help recruit and retain the best talent possible for each and every Access branch. We also added 3 additional paid holidays this year - which is something I am glad to see was a "pro" for you. Further, in 2016 we have started creating career paths for the core business to allow for better advancement opportunities. Please know that this is a priority for us.
Comments such as these allow us to identify areas of concern, making us a better company for our customers and our team members.
