Access Response
7yThank you for taking the time to post this review. Your review is quite painful to read, but I appreciate the feedback – often the more painful, the more valuable. I am really sorry that your experience at Access was as you describe. It sounds horrible and I want to correct this situation. So, I really wish that I knew where you worked, even what region or state. We are a very widely distributed business, so your experience is highly subjective to the location in which you worked, and so much of what you describe is completely counter to our culture and how it is expected we will run this business. It is embarrassing, honestly, that this could be someone’s experience working at a company that I run. Again, I am sorry.
I appreciate that you enjoyed the regular paycheck and the benefits, but I agree with you that it sounds like the cost of your experience probably wasn’t worth it, but please know that I don’t support – and would act immediately on – any unsafe environments (we have a Director of Safety because we care about safety), improper terminations, unjustified write-ups of team members and the bullying of team members. All of these items are completely unacceptable, and I would act immediately on any of these items to swiftly rectify. Please feel free to email me (even anonymously from a random email account) at ralston@accesscorp.com to provide me the location where this occurred and we will immediately investigate.
As you can read in other reviews, your experience is not the same as many, many others experience at Access. Again, my apologies that this was the most toxic place you have worked in 40+ years – that is just saddening to me, and I would like to address the issue, so please, please, please consider sending me an email with more detail.
Thanks again for the review,
Rob
