Feels great to work for a company that is committed to solving such an important social problem - access to affordable legal care. I get to work with people that are super talented at what they do, genuinely care about the team and the success of our company, and are really dedicated to the mission. Also great to work for a company that has an exceptional service. They go the extra mile to really show up for the lawyers they work with, and make sure they are successful.

We all do our best to inform lawyers in the market about the integrity of our company and our service, and that we are really committed to them. Unfortunately, many lawyers have had negative experiences with other companies in the industry and sometimes aren't as open to giving it a shot. This can make it challenging at times to sign up new lawyers. I thrive on that challenge and grow from it every day, so for me, it's been a massive learning opportunity, and really appreciate the mentorship and helpful guidance from the UA leadership team.
