Too much expected for one person

I genuinely can't think of any.

Rude and abusive management. The management will shout at staff in front of the team and they see no problem with this. Lack of training, they do what's called "sink or swim" training where the training is minimal and you're expected to learn everything as you go along. The job is quite complicated but they expect people with no experience to learn complex Road Traffic law as you go along with no formal training. It's diabolical. Staff turnover is very high with people walking out of the job on a regular basis. Bigotry towards minorities from senior management. If you're reading this then do yourself a massive favour and avoid this company like you would avoid a deadly virus.
