      Pros

      It was geographically desirable and paid me just a bit more than the slave wages I was making previously.

      Cons

      Massive micro-managing by a "crazy" husband and wife ownership team. Constant harassment and personal insults often misogynistic in nature. Manipulation and fear tactics were a constant part of the management style. Punishment doled out and tons of unnecessary "busy" work to be completed outside of the office in the name of "personal growth."

      Pros

      The ability to learn and be creative at the same time, with the freedom to learn at my own pace from an expert in the fields of entrepreneurship, communication, personality traits, human resources, management, employment and presentation skills was priceless.

      Cons

      The pressure of meeting sales call requirements was stressful. The lack of selling materials and marketing support was frustrating at times.
