Pros

Signed up thinking I’d be testing dope new features. Ended up spending half my time bug-hunting in spreadsheets and the other half arguing with devs about what “broken” means. Still, not the worst place to clock in if you don’t mind chaos in polite packaging. Got to break things for a living and not get yelled at, most of the time. Flexible hours if you hit your targets.

Cons

QA was treated like the annoying cousin nobody wanted to fund. Communication between teams = smoke signals. Promotions were rare unless you already had the job unofficially for six months.

Pros

Lots of independence, flexible work-from-home setup, and a truly international vibe that kept things fresh. Learned more about digital ecosystems than I ever thought I would. Handling the community side of AccsMarket was always a mix of challenge and fun. The customers were global, so every day felt different - one minute answering questions about Reddit accounts, the next calming someone down over a locked Telegram login. It was rewarding to see when satisfied buyers returned and remembered your name, but at the same time you had to juggle a thousand little fires.

Cons

Some shifts dragged late into the night because of time zones, pay raises didn’t always reflect workload, and dealing with angry customers could be draining if support tickets spiked.

Pros

Some days you hit a post that blows up and it’s honestly kinda addictive seeing engagement numbers climb. Other days, random platform glitches or last-minute content changes make you rethink life choices for a bit lol. Actual creative freedom; your ideas can make a measurable impact. Flexible workflow and supportive team — collaboration is easy. Exposure to multiple platforms, learning analytics, content strategy, and trends.

Cons

Sudden campaign changes can be stressful. Posting schedules across platforms sometimes means weird hours. Analytics tools aren’t perfect; extra effort needed for deeper insights.
